Description	Dear Member, NOTICE OF THE 26TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING In accordance with Article VII of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Singapore Chapter, notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held as follows:- Date: 24th April 2009, Friday Time: 7.00 PM (Registration 6.30 PM) Venue: Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Waterfront 3, Level 2, 392 Havelock Road Singapore 169663 The agenda for the AGM is enclosed (Appendix A). Please note that all motions for discussion at the AGM and nominations for the Board of Directors (Appendix B) must be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary by 10th April 2009. Dinner will be served after the AGM. Please use the attached form (Appendix C) or register online at www.isaca.org.sg to confirm your attendance. The AGM is exclusively for Singapore Chapter members only. The dinner is complimentary for ISACA Singapore Chapter members. Members are to note that no-shows will be asked to pay S$60.00 per head.
