NOTICE OF AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING NOVEMBER 2009

In accordance with Article VIII of the ISACA Singapore Chapter by-laws, notice is hereby given for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held as follows:

Date:                     Wednesday 4 November 2009

Time:                     7:00pm to 9:30pm (time includes dinner)
                                Registration begins at 6:30pm

Venue:                 Orchard Parade Hotel, 1 Tanglin Road, Singapore

 

The agenda for the EGM is to appoint a firm of Public Accountants as the Auditors of ISACA Singapore Chapter.

Dinner will be served after the EGM.  Please confirm your attendance via E-Mail or FAX to our secretariat, stating your full name and membership ID:

Attendance and voting at the EGM is strictly for ISACA Singapore Chapter members only (i.e. ISACA membership dues paid till 31 Dec 2009).  The dinner is complimentary for ISACA Singapore Chapter members.  Members should note that no-shows will be asked to pay the cost of the dinner.
