It is also about being comfortable around people and making them feel comfortable around you. Many potentially worthwhile and profitable alliances have been lost due to an unintentional breach of manners. To make a powerful and lasting impression in any business or social encounter, corporate executives and professionals need to learn how to mind their manners and create the right impressions that will enhance their success at work or social arenas. In this fun and interactive seminar, participants will pick up essential tips on how to make a difference in their business settings with the appropriate etiquette.

About the Speaker:

Betty Kan is a Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK), a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NFNLP, USA), an Associate Lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Management University, a former Personal Branding Consultant as well as a Licensed Instructor teaching Tony Buzan’s Mind Mapping® Innovative and Creative Thinking programs.

Betty was appointed as the Director of Client Services for over a decade in the United States to manage the Asian clientele due to her unique trilingual capability. Her passionate customer centric attitude led her to receive a prestigious Bronze Medal award for outstanding achievement in Service Excellence by the World Journal, a top Chinese newspaper agency in the United States. Betty had also conducted public workshops on Creativity & Personal Branding Programs in Singapore.

Having lived in the United States and Japan for 16 years, Betty gained extensive international exposure in handling multi-national & multi-cultural individuals from all over the world. She believes in the power of maximizing one’s potential by improving and changing oneself from the inside out. Her passion is in helping individuals be the best they can be.

Student Registration:

Full-time university or polytechnic students who are potential ISACA members and like to make connections with people who are currently working can register at the price of S$15. Limited seats are available for participants under student category.

During the online registration, please attach one of the following,

·        A current transcript with the name of the institution and name of the student.

·        A current class schedule provided by the university with the name of the institution and name of student.

 

Payment Method:

·        Cash – Cash payment is accepted at the registration counter on the day of the event.

·        Cheque – Please cross your cheque and make it payable to “Information Systems Audit & Control Association”. Kindly indicate your full name, contact and ISACA / IIA membership number on the back of the cheque. Mail your cheque to,
