Programme:

Every time you move production data into nonproduction databases, you may be exposing sensitive or regulated information — such as customer or patient names or credit card numbers. Can you de-identify production data to create realistic, functionally complete data that can be safely transferred to staging, development, and other nonproduction environments.

Data Masking is the only way we can securely share production data internally or externally—with outsource partners and offshore groups.  During the session, you will learn:

·        Leverage library of templates and format rules for consistently transforming data

·        Understand and manage data masking policies

·        Automated enforcement of data masking policies that preserve application and database referential integrity as well as relational integrity across your enterprise

·        Easy integration with other automated business and data refresh processes

 

About the Speaker:

Peter Rajnak is Business Development Director – Identity Management, Oracle Asia Pacific. The company’s security evangelist for the region, he is responsible for developing the strategy for Oracle’s identity management business in the region, and works with Oracle’s customers to craft and implement highly effective solutions that match their business requirements and long-term security strategies and help them achieve their business goals.

Peter has 18 years of experience in the IT industry, the last 10 of which saw him specializing in security, identity risk and compliance solutions. An engaging speaker, he is frequently sought after to share his expertise at industry seminars and technical conferences on how enterprises can address IT governance and security issues arising from increasingly demanding government and corporate policies, standards and regulations.
