NOTICE OF THE 27TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with Article VII of the ISACA Singapore Chapter Association Bylaws, notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held as follows:

Date:       Thursday, 22nd April 2010

Time:       7.00 PM (Registration 6.30 PM)

Venue:     Pan Pacific Orchard, 10 Claymore Road, Level 3, Singapore 229540

The agenda for the AGM is enclosed (Appendix A).  Please note that all motions for discussion at the AGM and nominations for the Board of Directors (Appendix B) must be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary by 8 April 2010.

Dinner will be served after the AGM.  Please use the attached form (Appendix C) or register online at the bottom of this page to confirm your attendance.  The AGM is exclusively for Singapore Chapter members.  The dinner is complimentary for ISACA Singapore Chapter members.  Members are to note that no-shows will be asked to pay for the cost of the dinner (S$70).
